    • Perform installations, maintenance and repair work on any computer related equipment that supports the business office from laptops, desktops, communications equipment, printers, local area networks, wide area networks and any piece of computer related peripheral or software an end user would be using.
    • This list may not include all of the duties that may be assigned.
    • Connecting and setting up hardware
    • Installing workstations
    • Installing software and managing software licenses for appropriate use, ensuring that license compliance is maintained at all times
    • Providing network access and connectivity to the staff
    • Monitoring system security and responding to security incidents
    • Ensuring that anti-virus, encryption and security programs are installed
    • Respond to work tickets with urgency and apply your technical and problem solving skills to resolve issues quickly and within set service level objective timelines
    • Provide support for audio/video conferencing systems
    • Maintaining a list of necessary maintenance and repairs
    • Identifying and preparing hardware for safe disposal
    • Ensuring hardware is secured and stripped before disposal
    • Troubleshooting network operating system, software and hardware issues
    • Being familiar with network operating system, software and hardware
    • Work within a ticketing system and create documentation for new processes
    • Training staff to maximize the potential of existing technology
    • Providing individual support and training upon request
    • Providing recommendations about support and information access
    • Maintaining an updated inventory of software, hardware and resources
    • Demonstrated aptitude for continuous learning and innovative thinking
    • Able to work independently and in a team environment
    • Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate with internal staff.
    • Performing any other IT related duties as assigned
    • Education:
      • Bachelor’s degree or minimum of five years’ experience in field directly related to technology management and design

    • Licensure:
      • * Current industry certifications from Microsoft preferred, especially in areas of Operating System and Productivity Suite software

        * Current industry certifications required are as follows: o CompTIA Network + (N10-006) o MCSA: Windows 10 (70-697)

    • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
      • None listed

    • Experience:
      • * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of managing desktop operating systems and equipment
