  • SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Responsible for providing direct medical care to children from birth to adulthood. Works with other physicians to establish medical protocols and treatment regimens.
  • OUTLINE OF ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
  • SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Capable of performing all Lead Physician duties
    • Capable of identifying, analyzing, and solving problems.
    • Capable of understanding and explaining the Analytics Dashboards
    • Capable of overseeing the Synagis program, Office Emergency Preparedness program, Hospital Rounding & Back-up schedules, Doc-of-the-Day & Mid-Level Co-signature process.
    • Capable of assuming Lab Director responsibilities.
    • Ensures PACE liaison attends PACE and then presents meeting information back to office
    • Participates in the interview process of new providers and staff.
    • Assists with training and development of new and existing providers and staff.
    • Participates in the counseling and discipline process of providers and staff.
    • Participates in all office meetings
    • Strives to attend all Lead Physician, Loop Lead and PACE meetings.
    • Involved in office maintenance and cleanliness
    • On call for vaccine refrigerator alarm and office security alarm
    • Completes all mandatory PA University courses in a timely manner
    • Actively involved in office marketing activities
