    • Inventory Control, Procurement System data maintenance, and general Purchasing duties.

      • Maintain adequate vaccine inventory levels in multiple locations
      • Analyze weekly/monthly vaccine usage and demand
      • Forecast seasonal vaccine usage
      • Report daily vaccine inventory status
      • Execute Month End inventory reconciliation
      • Assist in developing procedures for inventory control.
      • Maintain supplies inventory within existing storage space constraints.
      • Maintain the computerized Purchasing database for purpose of inventory analysis and report generation such as the following:
        • Daily Inventory Status
        • Historical purchasing and utilization trends
        • Forecasting
        • Cost and value analysis
      • Maintain computerized database on vendors and supplies for purposes of inventory control and generating management reports such as, but not limited to the following:
      • Review records for accuracy and adherence to inventory control procedures.
      • Review inventory of stock items to ensure that level is consistent with usage and demand.
      • Analyze market conditions and statistical data to forecast demand,
      • Maintain the strictest of confidentiality.
      • Clinical Buyer duties and responsibilities
      • Other duties as assigned
    • Education:
      • Two year degree in business administration or related field. Bachelor degree preferred.

    • Licensure:
      • None Specified

    • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
      • Advance knowledge and understanding of Inventory Management. Advance knowledge and understanding of computer systems and data maintenance. Working knowledge of vaccines.  Able to gather, analyze and present data in professional fashion. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. Possess the ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task in a highly visible customer service environment.

    • Experience:
      • Eight to ten years in Inventory Management and/or Purchasing environments. Computer system data maintenance is a plus and Healthcare experience preferred.
