Position:¯Medical Health Specialist 

 
Job overview:¯Our office in Monterrey provides remote service to several Medical Offices in the United States. A Medical Health Specialist provides remote medical, administrative and documentation assistance for pediatric patients, in the state of Florida. 
 

Responsibilities:  

  • Request, review and update electronic medical records (ER visits-hospitalization, immunization records) 

  • Complete medical forms: prescriptions, referrals, medical equipment requests 

  • Schedule medical appointments 

  • Notify patients about lab results and/or imaging studies 

Skills, abilities and knowledge:  

  • Medical terminology knowledge required

  • Good judgement, organizational ability, attention to detail and the ability to be self-motivated. 

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-stress and fast-moving environment. 

  • Excellent computer and phone skills. 

  • Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish. 

  • Basic Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
