    • Responsible for providing direct medical care to children from birth to adulthood. Works with other physicians to establish medical protocols and treatment regimens.
    • Identifies, analyzes and solves office/personnel problems effectively & efficiently
    • Understands the Analytics Dashboards and monthly reports - and reviews pertinent information with managers and provides on a monthly basis
    • Has direct or indirect oversight of the Synagis program, Office Emergency Preparedness program, Hospital Rounding & Back-up schedules, Doc-of-the Day & Mid Level Co-signature processes
    • Has direct or indirect oversight of the Lab Director responsibilities
    • Ensures PACE liaison attends PACE and then presents meeting information back to office.
    • Interviews new providers and staff
    • Has direct oversight of the training of new and existing providers and staff
    • Participates in the counseling and discipline process of providers and staff
    • Organizes all office meetings and consistently utilizes 2 hours of Lead Management Time per month
    • Consistently attends all Lead Physician, Loop Lead and PACE meetings
    • Involved in office maintenance and cleanliness
    • On call for vaccine refrigerator alarm and office security alarm
    • Completes all mandatory PA University courses in a timely manner
    • Responsible for and actively involved in office marketing activities
