Bakersfield Pediatrics, in collaboration with Pediatric Associates, is strategically growing their practice and looking for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Pediatric Physician Assistant while continuing to provide the highest quality pediatric care to the children throughout the Bakersfield community. The practice offers a collaborative, collegial, forward-thinking, and inclusive environment that is physician-led and where your voice can truly shape the direction of the practice in collaboration with the organization.
- Join a collaborative and quality-focused team of 4 APPs and 2 Physicians
- 4-day workweeks
- No weekend clinic!
- APPs are autonomous and have years of experience
- Physicians support APP onboarding and development
- Sign-On Bonus and Retention Bonus
- Office hours are M-R 8AM-5PM, Fridays until 4PM

The expected base salary range for this position located in Bakersfield, California is $100,000 to $200,000+. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Pediatric Associates offers are based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s education, work experience, and certifications, all of which are dependent on the requirements of the specific role. In addition to base salary, the Pediatrics Associates Family of Companies and its affiliates offers a comprehensive benefits package, potential incentive and recognition programs, and retirement planning (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements based on position, and division).
