Seeking a Full Time Medical Billing Representative for an in house Billing position based in Gilbert, Arizona for multi pediatric groups. Position requires an experienced Biller for Charge entry, Accounts Receivable follow up, payer appeals, patient and insurance refunds, patient collections, portal billing inquiries, managing credit card on files, setting up payment plans and other Billing duties assigned. Entry level coding expertise for CPT, ICD-10 and HCPCS required, certification preferred. Responsible for a measurable performance for days outstanding and MGMA collection standards for aged A/R. Maintains strict confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.

• Ability to reach and maintain Billing goals set forth
• At least 1 year experience, no new graduates
• Pediatric experience a plus but not required
• Athena software experience a plus but not required'
