Position:¯Medical Biller 

Summary: Our office provides remote assistance to several medical offices in the United States. A Medical Biller is responsible for the timely and accurate submission of claims to payors. As a MDMG employee, a Medical Biller is expected to support the company’s mission, vision and values by exhibiting excellent work ethics, commitment, teamwork and respect to teammates and our patients. 

Essential Job Responsibilities: 

  • Verify patients’ Insurance eligibility and benefits via insurance websites 

  • Meet daily productivity and quality requirements 

  • Review and submit claims using electronic software according to Central Billing Office protocols 

  • Review patients bills for accuracy and completeness and obtain any missing information. 

  • Provide feedback to clinic staff and/or provider when claim revision is needed 

  • Follow up on claims until successfully submitted to payor 

  • Inform management of any trends or potential issues which may delay payment 

  • All other duties assigned 

Job Qualifications and Requirements: 

  • English proficiency 

  • High School diploma or equivalent 

  • Must be detail oriented 

  • Ability to identify and solve problems in a timely manner 

  • Strong customer service 

  • Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, monitoring own work to ensure quality and applying feedback to improve performance 

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team 

  • Individual is consistently at work and on time, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance 

We're Offering: 

  • Full time position, schedule Monday to Friday (according to workload it will sometimes be required to work overtime during the week or on Saturdays) 

  • Salary: $12,500 mxn pesos monthly + Productivity bonus based on departmental metrics
