Job Description

Position: Patient Contact Center Representative 

Location: Mexico

Summary: Our office location in Monterrey provides Remote Service to several growing Medical Offices in the United States. In this role you will answer incoming calls from our patients to provide outstanding customer service in support of our mission, vision and values.

You will work with patients and family members of patients in the United States. You must be able to speak fluent English. 
This position is Remote. After your 3-week training class in the office in Monterrey, you will work from your home office. We will provide the computer and headphones for you. We offer $9,000 mxn pesos monthly and excellent productivity bonuses for reaching goals each month. This is a growing company and there is room to advance your career! Apply today.

What we require you to have:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Availability to work at the office for the first three weeks of training
  • A friendly, positive and caring attitude
  • Call center or customer care experience
  • High school degree or equivalent

Responsibilities of the job:

  • Handle customer inquiries telephonically, answer calls with a friendly, upbeat attitude
  • Verify insurance coverage and information
  • Register new patients by gathering pertinent information and entering into the system
  • Set patient appointments upon request and identify future visits.
  • Data entry and maintenance of customer databases
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Manage and resolve patients' complaints
  • Enter new customer information in the system
  • Update existing customer information
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Route calls to appropriate resource
  • Follow-up customer calls when necessary
  • Be punctual and follow company protocols.
