The Enterprise IT Architect is responsible for designing the organization’s IT structure to ensure it aligns with business goals, objectives, and processes. Develops architectural solutions that integrate IT systems for both PA and Tapestri. Creates and implements enterprise architecture models and suggests improvements to current internal functions and IT processes.


This list may not include all of the duties that may be assigned.

1) Evaluates business requirements, business strategies, and current state systems capabilities and processes to define the future state and identifies discrepancies and vulnerabilities.

2) Creates both horizontal and vertical technology architecture blueprints to address technology gaps for the organization's strategies, goals, and initiatives.

3) Conducts market research to define technology solutions to business challenges and to improve business operations.

4) Prepares proposals and estimates for the design and implementation of technology solutions.

5) Provides technology architecture guidance for system development and deployment ensuring the business alignment, solution efficiency, security, and support of the organization's goals.

6) Determines and implements architecture principles during technology blueprinting.

7) Mentors personnel and defines technology strategy.


EDUCATION: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required. Master’s degree in Business Analytics or related discipline preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of related experience required; 5 years preferred. Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred. Experience in system architecture preferred, particularly in open source and cloud technologies. 3-5 years of experience in creating robust enterprise-grade technology architecture blueprint in customer facing applications, AI/ML, Azure Cloud Services, cloud-based data and analytics solutions preferred.

· Ability to work in a startup environment and to deliver on tight deadlines

· Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills

· Experience in modeling and graphic representations
