    • A professional client relations position. This position is an integral part of our applications team responsible for support, maintenance, and change control of clinical applications and systems to include but not limited to EHR and XPM. Individual will perform system administration, set up and manage a range of features/process within clinical systems and applications.
    • This list may not include all of the duties that may be assigned.
    • Receives change/enhancement requests, analyzes the request and makes recommendations on whether to proceed.
    • Coordinates or attends meetings to gather requirements.
    • Assists with redesigning workflows and maximizing efficiencies.
    • Obtains buy-in from other parties affected by the changes that are proposed.
    • Coordinates the training and roll-out of new features/products/tools.
    • Participates in application setup and design.
    • Creates documentation of changes that have been made, and the reasoning behind the decision to make the change.
    • Maintains in-depth knowledge of the EHR, XPM and related systems.
    • Creates and maintains documentation outlining how to address identified issues with the software.
    • May perform site visits to medical offices, including Jacksonville and Tampa locations.
    • Assists in submitting Meaningful Use applications.
    • Attends occasional evening committee meetings.
    • Provides technical support for EHR, XPM, and related systems.
    • Assists in development of training and support materials.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • Education:
      • Bachelor’s degree or 2 years’ experience supporting an EMR application. Experience in health care field preferred
